Dr. Richee Berry

Educational Background After graduating with a biology degree from Morgan State University, Dr. Berry earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Maryland. She went on to complete her specialized Pediatric residency program through Howard University. Advanced Training Dr. Berry is a Board Certified Pediatric Dentist and continues to pursue ongoing training and certifications. She has advanced training in Airway Dentistry, Traditional Orthodontics, and Clear Aligners. She also has specialized training in laser dentistry for tongue and lip-ties through the Tongue Tied Institute and the Biolase Laser Institute. Home Life She loves spending time with her husband and their two daughters. She also enjoys exercise, Zumba, and cooking for her family.

Dr. Jillian Pailin

Educational Background Dr. Pailin began her dental pursuit with a biology degree from Howard University. After working in dental and craniofacial research at the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD she went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at Howard University College of Dentistry. Her love for aligning smiles led her to complete a residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at her alma mater. Dr. Kennedy Chioma

Educational Background Originally from Prince George's County, Dr. Chioma began his dental journey with a biology degree from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. He went on to complete his advanced dental training at UNC Adams School of Dentistry. During his time at UNC, he was actively involved in various community outreach programs and held multiple leadership positions, demonstrating his commitment to both the profession and the community. Home Life He enjoys watching basketball, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Neil Aleger

Dr. Neil Aleger was born in Brooklyn, New York, and later moved to Jacksonville, Florida, where he was raised. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Central Florida before obtaining his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of North Carolina. After dental school, Dr. Aleger completed his residency in Pediatric Dentistry at Children’s National Medical Center in Washington, D.C., where he gained extensive training in treating children. Dr. Aleger is dedicated to making every dental visit a positive and welcoming experience for both children and their families. His goal is to help children achieve optimal oral health in a compassionate, family-centered environment. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Aleger enjoys staying active through fitness and cheering for his favorite sports teams, including the New York Knicks, Miami Heat, and Jacksonville Jaguars.

Whitney Harvey

My name is Whitney Harvey. I was born and raised in Riverdale Md. I am 36 years old and I’ve been in dentistry since 2016. When I came to Berry Children’s Dental I started out as a sterilization tech and I am now the Front Desk supervisor this has been a long amazing journey that I appreciate. Working here has taught me so many things we aren’t just coworkers we are a family. Growing up my passion was cooking and still is I have landed this great work opportunity at BCD and they have always supported my dreams and still do. Sometimes in life you have to work really hard to get where you need to be BCD has giving me the strength and opportunity to put my mind to any and everything that I want out of life. I love my job wouldn’t change it for the world.

Shaquita Dorsey

Born and raised in Prince George's County Maryland. I have two amazing children who keep me busy with sports. We often travel for basketball games and dance competitions which are two of my favorite things to do. I started my journey in the dental field in 2009 where I went to Fortis College for Dental Assisting. Before graduating from assisting school I knew pediatric dentistry would be the perfect field for me. Fast forward to 2019, where I embraced my employment here at Berry's Children Dental. I joined the staff as a dental assistant. Shortly after I furthered my education in orthodontics. I have since been promoted to the clinical supervisor. I work closely with our team to ensure that not only are our patients enjoying their experience but to be sure that compassion is shown and quality care is given at all times. Here at BCD we are more than co-workers, we are a family. We are a family with the same amazing goals for our office.

Antwonette Johnson

Antwonette was raised in the beautiful state of Maryland. Following her graduation from Eleanor Roosevelt High School, she advanced her education at Fortis College, where she proudly obtained her Expanded Functions Dental Assistant License. Her passion for dentistry emerged during her time at Fortis, leading her to start her career as a sterilization technician under Dr. Berry. Once she graduated, she seamlessly transitioned into a skilled Dental Assistant. Later, she added to her credentials by obtaining her Orthodontic Dental Assistant License. After thriving in her role, she was promoted to clinical manager and eventually became the office manager. Today, Antwonette proudly serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Berry Children's Dental. She loves bringing her team together and eagerly organizes fun monthly outings and the annual office Christmas party! Antwonette is a wonderful mother to three lively young boys who fill her days with their exciting wrestling matches and basketball games. Her fun, energetic, and relatable personality shines through with a smile and laughter that brings joy to everyone around her. In her downtime, when taking a well-deserved break from motherhood, she loves to relax and enjoy a good comedy show.
